By accessing or using any Bantuzi product (BantuziLegal, BantuziCarwash, or any future product), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Bantuzi Enterprises Limited.
Bantuzi provides cloud-based business management software. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice. We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at info@bantuzi.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with other users' access to the platform.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
Paid plans are billed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by Zambian law, Bantuzi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately. Upon termination, your right to access the services ceases.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lusaka, Zambia.
